Project Update: 720 W Bleeker Street – Aspen, CO

Reporting Period: December 2025 / January 2026

Construction activity at 720 W Bleeker Street in Aspen, Colorado began in December 2025 with the project entering its initial demolition phase.

Work Completed in December

Throughout December, construction crews focused on early-stage site preparation activities, including:

• Selective demolition of existing site elements

• Installation of temporary construction fencing

• Implementation of tree protection measures to preserve surrounding landscaping

These activities established a safe and organized jobsite and prepared the property for continued progress.

Current Status

The project is currently in the demolition phase.

Upcoming Work in January

In January, crews will continue demolition-related activities and begin preparing the site for the next phase of construction, pending inspections and approvals.
