Project Update: 720 W Bleeker Street – Aspen, CO

Reporting Period: February 2026 - March 2026

Construction activity at 720 W Bleeker Street progressed steadily throughout February, with continued demolition, structural framing, and multiple inspections successfully completed.

Work Completed in February

During February, crews completed and advanced the following work:

Continued exterior and interior demolition

Removal of the existing concrete driveway

Demolition of select interior walls and windows

Began framing new interior walls and window openings on all three floor levels

Installed limited basement plumbing for new drainage systems

Began framing of the new exterior patio on the north side of the residence

Demolished and repoured the garage floor

Pruned multiple trees to maintain optimal tree health and site integrity

Current Status

The project is currently in Structural Modification Phase.

Inspections Passed in February

The following inspections were successfully completed and approved:

Basement slab and window infill inspection

Garage floor rebar and insulation inspection

Lower-level domestic waste plumbing inspection

Tree protection inspection

These approvals confirm compliance with structural, plumbing, and environmental protection requirements and allow the project to advance into the next phase of construction.

Upcoming Work in March

Throughout March, crews will:

Complete remaining limited interior and exterior demolition

Remove the existing roof

Install a new gabled roof structure

Continue framing activities

Community & Site Commitment

The project team will continue maintaining a clean and orderly jobsite, both inside and outside the construction fencing, in an effort to minimize impact to the surrounding neighborhood, including the alleyway and W Bleeker Street.
