Project Update: 720 W Bleeker Street – Aspen, CO

Reporting Period: January–February 2026

Construction activity at 720 W Bleeker Street in Aspen, Colorado progressed through January, with continued demolition and early framing work completed.

Work Completed in January

During January, construction crews completed the following activities:

• Continued exterior and interior demolition

• Interior framing associated with demolition and layout modifications

• Installation of mulching for exterior tree root protection

• Site preparation for the next phase of framing and structural changes

These efforts helped maintain a safe, organized jobsite while preparing the structure for upcoming construction phases.

Current Status

The project is currently transitioning from demolition into structural modification work.

Upcoming Work in February

Throughout February, crews will continue demolition activities as needed and complete planned framing and structural changes, pending required inspections and approvals.
