Construction activity at 720 W Bleeker Street progressed steadily throughout March. Key milestones included the installation of new roof trusses, completion of steel structural framing, and installation of new electrical panels.
Work Completed in March
During MArch, crews completed and advanced the following work:
Continued interior framing
Installation of new electrical systems throughout the house
Installation of new roof trusses; roof sheathing completed and prepared for new roofing materials
Installation of new metal structural framing
Installation of a new foundation drainage system
Current Status
The project is currently in Structural Modification Phase.
Upcoming Work in April
Throughout April, crews will:
Completing remaining interior framing
Continuing exterior roofing work
Installing a new gabled roof structure
Advancing general framing activities
Continuing exterior metal framing
Pouring front concrete footings
Community & Site Commitment
The project team will continue maintaining a clean and orderly jobsite, both inside and outside the construction fencing, in an effort to minimize impact to the surrounding neighborhood, including the alleyway and W Bleeker Street.
